I have just got my CTC on a loan which was submitted and registered just 7 business days ago. Dear TEAM AWESOME - I just want to take a minute and say THANK YOU! A week ago you gave me the CTC on Kyle’s purchase. We CLOSED Monday and FUNDED on the 9th business day! I would like to add we were ready to close on day 8 but TRID would not let us close until day 9! The whole process was amazing. Sara worked to 8 pm a few times for us. Michael cleared conditions at 7 am. And then again at 7pm. And then Amy our closer- the angel that stayed until past 8pm to issue the CD. I honestly never thought it would go out but when she gives you her word, it means something. Then on the weekend she was doing the closing package!!! I can not say THANK YOU enough and it was great to work with people who like each other and enjoy their work. We appreciate each of you and Kyle moved in today so he is forever grateful!!!
